At Amanda Sleep, we aim to produce solutions to your problems and therefore, we will try our best to fix those issues.

If we can’t assist you with an appropriate solution or have received a defective item, please review the following guidelines for our company’s warranty, exchange, purchase and refund policy.

Note:

Amanda Sleep products warranty is only applicable to the genuine items of our company and only to the original purchases of our products from our websites or our authorized distributors. We offer return and exchange services only within the United States. We are also NOT responsible for returns if you are purchasing our products through Amazon. Please contact Amazon for further queries. Also, remember to hold onto your purchase receipt because you might need to show it in future.

The 365 Days Trial Option

We are confident of our expertise and product efficiency, and therefore, we know you will fall in love with our product within one year. That’s why we offer you a trial of 365 days so you can take your time in getting adjusted and comfortable with the Amanda Sleep mattresses.

Warranty Period

Amanda Sleep offers a warranty for exchange and returns for 25 years starting from the date of purchase.

Warranty Coverage

The warranty provided by Amanda Sleep covers the subsequently mentioned issues that arise in your products while you intended to utilize the product for what it is originally used for, and did not, by any chance and in any manner, intended to cause any damage or destruction to the item deliberately.

  • A physical fault in the Amanda Sleep mattress or sensor that causes it to not work properly under normal utilization.
  • Tear in the fabric of the Amanda Sleep Smart and/or RUBIFLEX Mattress
  • A dent in the mattress that is more than three-fourth inch deep provided that it was not caused because an unbearable weight was placed on the foam.

Under these circumstances, Amanda Sleep will replace or exchange the defective product free of cost. According to the terms of services of Amanda Sleep, these are the only remedies we can provide you. You will not have to pay any extra charges for return shipping, except clearly informed or notified by the company to you before the return process initiates. The Warrant coverage applies in only those territories where Amanda Sleep is recognized as an authorized and valid producer and seller.

Warranty Exclusions

Amanda Sleep warranty does not cover the following:

  • Negligible imperfections
  • Personal issues like allergies to a particular fabric
  • Sagging of the foam or impressions formed due to continuous use
  • Individual preference regarding the design, structure, comfort,etc.
  • Aromas of the fabric
  • Discoloration that occurs with time or stains and blemishes caused due to tears and other fluids

Return and Refund Guidelines

For Smart Mattress

We suggest that you try out Amanda Sleep mattress for at least a month before returning so that your body can learn to adjust to the structure. You can return the product within 365 days of purchase, but the product can only be returned if it is clean and intact and if you are delivering from within the United States. For RUBIFLEX Mattress:

We suggest that you try out Amanda Sleep mattress for at least a month before returning so that your body can learn to adjust to the structure. You can return the product within 365 days of purchase, but the product can only be returned if it is clean and intact and if you are delivering from within the United States. Contact our customer service reps, and we will make it our priority to send someone as soon as possible to take the product and continue further processing.

Monitoring Device:

We suggest that you try out our tracking device or sensor for a few days before returning so that the sensor can calibrate and read your biometrics easily. You can return the product within 60 days of shopping, if you are not entirely satisfied. It is necessary that the product is clean and intact and being exchanged from within the United States, for policy eligibility. Contact our customer service reps, and we will make it our priority to send someone as soon as possible to take the product and continue further processing.

Note:

  • Please hold on to your purchase receipts as you might need to show it to us.
  • We will first inspect the product after it is returned to check if it is eligible for a refund.
  • You will be instantly sent an email regarding the status of your product refund. As soon as it is approved, we will initiate the reimbursement process on your credit card. It might take a few days to process the crediting.
  • For returning the product, there is no need to put the mattress back in the delivery box. We will dispose of the product and do not intend to reuse it.
  • You can also return only one mattress piece, and you will get a limited refund for it.
  • We offer return services for only one Amanda Sleep product per year to every customer home.

Shipment Guidelines
